Risk disclosure

Understand the limits before trading.

Capital is at risk

Automated trading can lose money, including deposited capital. AI may make incorrect assessments. Losses can occur at any point, not only during an initial adaptation period.

Thresholds are operating rules

The proposed framework uses a 20% threshold for the deposited-funds pool and 30% for the trading-profit pool. These settings do not guarantee a maximum loss. The final calculation base, handling of previous losses and restart rules must be defined in the service terms.

Execution risk

Requests to close positions may execute at a different price from the displayed price. Liquidity, market gaps, broker availability and connectivity can affect execution. A stop request does not reverse losses.

Strategy changes

A pause or a revised strategy does not guarantee recovery. A greater number of winning trades does not necessarily produce a positive overall result: the size of losses and trading costs also matter.

Broker and product differences

Risks depend on the instruments, leverage, broker and jurisdiction. Broker identities and instrument-specific disclosures must be confirmed before launch.
